Job Requirements
- A valid NC cosmetology license is required
- Previous leadership experience in a salon environment preferred
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Knowledge of applicable beauty products sold in store
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Flexibility in scheduling including evenings and weekends
- Positions available in Triad Area including Greensboro, Burlington, Kernersville, High Point, Clemmons, and Winston-Salem
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Lead and manage salon team members to ensure excellent customer service
- Build and maintain a large client base through effective leadership
- Provide ongoing training and support to stylists on the latest haircut trends
- Manage scheduling and salon operations to meet business goals
- Ensure knowledge and sale of applicable beauty products
- Foster a positive and trusting workplace culture
- Handle multitasking and organizational duties effectively
