- Manage daily salon operations including scheduling, inventory, and POS
- Hire, coach, and onboard stylists while fostering teamwork, accountability, and growth
- Oversee product ordering, inventory, and merchandising to support profitability and brand standards
- Champion exceptional customer service, resolve concerns, and maintain a clean, professional environment
- Support payroll and administrative needs while ensuring compliance with licensing, safety, and company policies
- Lead the salon team with ownership and integrity
- Maintain consistent, high-quality customer experience
