Job Description

The Perry Group is a premier Zillow Flex Partner based in Utah, known for its innovative approach to real estate sales and commitment to helping active agents maximize their earning potential. As a reputable real estate company, The Perry Group distinguishes itself by eliminating common industry frustrations such as chasing low-quality leads, managing excessive paperwork, and losing valuable time on cold calls. Instead, it focuses on providing its agents with live, vetted leads that are ready to transact, enabling real estate professionals to concentrate on what truly matters – closing deals and growing their business.

At The Perry Group, the emphasis is placed on supporting agents through a comprehensive system that delivers a consistent flow of live tour connections. This means agents are connected directly with buyers who are actively searching and ready to view homes, transforming the traditional lead generation process into one that is significantly more efficient and effective. The company’s partnership with Zillow Flex ensures access to high-quality leads that bypass the typical hurdles of prospecting, making the sales process faster and more rewarding.

The role offered by The Perry Group is tailored for experienced real estate agents who are looking to break free from the limitations of conventional real estate models. The position offers commission-based compensation ranging from $75,000 to $200,000 plus, with competitive splits and no franchise fees, presenting a lucrative opportunity for motivated professionals. This role is designed for closers who thrive on converting live buyer connections into successful home sales without the distractions of administrative overhead or desk fees.

Additionally, The Perry Group provides robust transaction coordination services, handling the cumbersome paperwork so that agents can focus on client interaction, property showings, and negotiating contracts. The operational model is efficient and lean, centered around maximizing an agent's net income while providing a supportive professional environment.

Mentorship and growth opportunities are deeply embedded in the company culture, with proven systems and coaching designed to help agents scale their business from a few deals per month to consistently closing multiple transactions. This growth-focused approach ensures that agents are not only supported but are also equipped with the tools and guidance to expand their market presence and increase their income steadily.

This employment opportunity is ideal for licensed real estate agents in Utah who have a proven track record and are eager to plug into a system that delivers actual appointments and real-time buyer connections. The Perry Group seeks professionals who are tech-savvy, able to manage high-volume pipelines in CRM systems, and are available to work during peak real estate hours, including evenings and weekends.

Joining The Perry Group means becoming part of a forward-thinking real estate team that prioritizes quality over quantity, efficiency over bureaucracy, and success over uncertainty. Candidates ready to elevate their real estate careers should consider this opportunity for a confidential conversation that could reshape their professional trajectory.
