Job Duties
- Network and prospect using KW's proven systems and models
- Show properties and work with buyers
- Market properties and work with sellers
- Answer phones for new business
- Negotiate contracts
- Manage sales
- Host Open House events
- Buy into KW culture and implement role as a client fiduciary
- Develop future property sellers through relationships, events, marketing, and prospecting
- Consult with property sellers about repairs, improvements, and pricing strategies
- Design and implement marketing plans
- Coordinate inspections, appraisals, and title closings
- Develop future property buyers through relationship building and prospecting
- Consult with buyers by prequalifying financially, matching needs with properties, and showing homes
- Take agency over personal development by studying listings and visiting properties
- Participate in KW's minimum 40 hours per month of no-cost in-person training
