Job Duties

  • Network and prospect using KW's proven systems and models
  • Show properties and work with buyers
  • Market properties and work with sellers
  • Answer phones for new business
  • Negotiate contracts
  • Manage sales
  • Host Open House events
  • Buy into KW culture and implement role as a client fiduciary
  • Develop future property sellers through relationships, events, marketing, and prospecting
  • Consult with property sellers about repairs, improvements, and pricing strategies
  • Design and implement marketing plans
  • Coordinate inspections, appraisals, and title closings
  • Develop future property buyers through relationship building and prospecting
  • Consult with buyers by prequalifying financially, matching needs with properties, and showing homes
  • Take agency over personal development by studying listings and visiting properties
  • Participate in KW's minimum 40 hours per month of no-cost in-person training
