The role of Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with Headway is ideal for counselors who are either launching a new private practice or looking to expand an existing one by taking insurance clients. This position is for licensed counselors at the Master's level or above, holding appropriate licensure such as LPC, LPCC, LCPC, LCPCS, or LPCC-S, depending on the state. Counselors must have a valid National Provider Identifier (NPI) and malpractice insurance. The position offers an attractive wage of up to $117.73 per hour, emphasizing a flexible work arrangement with independent practice management supported by Headway's infrastructure.

Job Requirements
- Fully licensed Professional Counselor at Master’s level or above
- Hold LPC, LPCC, LCPC, LCPCS, LPCC-S licensure appropriate for state
- Possess valid NPI number
- Maintain active malpractice insurance
- Ready to launch or grow private practice accepting insurance
- Ability to work independently in a private practice setting
