Job Description

Grow Therapy is a forward-thinking company committed to partnering with independently licensed therapists and psychologists to build or expand their insurance-based private practices. As a leader in the mental health field, Grow Therapy offers innovative tools, a dynamic peer network, and expert operational and clinical support to help mental health professionals focus on what matters most—their clients. The company is dedicated to providing a comprehensive infrastructure that allows therapists to practice independently while benefiting from strategic support that eases administrative burdens such as credentialing, billing, and regulatory compliance. This empowers clinicians to grow sustainably and maintain the highest standards of care without the hassles of managing backend operations on their own.

Grow Therapy’s model supports therapists and psychologists licensed in Oregon, offering flexible work arrangements including remote, in-person, or hybrid options. Therapists can earn up to $91 per hour, while psychologists can earn up to $100 per hour for insurance-based client services. Therapists also have the autonomy to set their own private pay rates and benefit from weekly direct deposits, along with guaranteed reimbursement for insurance claims. By partnering with Grow Therapy, clinicians gain access to a robust all-in-one platform that integrates credentialing with major insurers, billing and claims support, electronic health records (EHR), scheduling, telehealth capabilities, and compliance tools.

The role of a Licensed Professional Counselor or Psychologist with Grow Therapy goes beyond traditional clinical work, offering a unique blend of independent practice combined with community and institutional support. You will be part of a nationwide private provider network inclusive of identity-based clinician groups, local meetups, and virtual networking events. Additionally, you will be supported by a dedicated provider success team that offers payor navigation, directory management, profile optimization, and marketing guidance.

Clinicians also benefit from clinical leadership on staff who provide risk management and assistance with higher-level-of-care coordination. Continuous professional development is encouraged through free live continuing education (CE) credits and virtual events. If you’re a licensed professional in Oregon looking to serve insurance-based clients, desire sustainable growth, and appreciate the balance between autonomy and strong operational support, this role offers a comprehensive and rewarding career opportunity.

Join Grow Therapy and practice independently, but never alone. With flexible schedules, professional development assistance, and a supportive team behind you, you have the opportunity to thrive in your private practice while enjoying the benefits of a larger organization dedicated to your success.
