Job Description

Grow Therapy is a dynamic company dedicated to partnering with independent mental health clinicians who are eager to build or expand their insurance-based private practices. As a leading facilitator in the mental health industry, Grow Therapy empowers therapists by providing them with state-of-the-art tools, a thriving community of peers, and comprehensive operational and clinical support. This enables therapists to focus primarily on delivering quality care, improving client outcomes, and scaling their practices without the usual administrative burdens. The company operates as a bridge, managing the infrastructure so mental health professionals can dedicate their time and energy to clients.

Grow Therapy is not a traditional employer; clinicians remain independent contractors, enjoying the autonomy and flexibility of managing their own practices while benefitting from the support and resources of a well-established organization. The compensation is competitive—therapists can earn up to $91 per hour, while psychologists can earn up to $100 per hour for insurance clients. This opportunity is available to licensed professionals who are based in Colorado and offers the flexibility to work remotely, in-person, or through a hybrid model.

The role of a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) at Grow Therapy is designed for licensed mental health clinicians who want to serve insurance-based clients within a supportive and growth-oriented environment. Clinicians will have the freedom to set their own private pay rates and benefit from weekly direct deposits and guaranteed reimbursement for insurance claims. The position offers extensive operational backing through an all-in-one platform that includes credentialing with major insurers, billing and claims support, integrated electronic health records (EHR), scheduling, telehealth, and compliance tools.

Beyond technology and infrastructure, Grow Therapy provides access to a wide private nationwide provider network, identity-based clinician groups, local meetups, and virtual networking events fostering community and professional connection. Clinicians receive dedicated support from provider success teams that assist with payor navigation, directory management, profile optimization, and marketing guidance. Clinical support is also front and center, with clinical leaders on staff guiding risk management and higher-level-of-care coordination, plus free live continuing education (CE) credits and virtual professional development opportunities to keep clinicians current and thriving.

This role is perfect for clinicians who are independently licensed in Colorado, are interested in serving insurance-based clients, and desire sustainable growth in their private practice. They should value autonomy while appreciating strong operational and clinical support. Grow Therapy invites therapists ready for a partner committed to their long-term success to join their network and transform the way they practice, blending independence with collaboration and innovation.
