The compensation is competitive—therapists can earn up to $91 per hour, while psychologists can earn up to $100 per hour for insurance clients. The role of a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) at Grow Therapy is designed for licensed mental health clinicians who want to serve insurance-based clients within a supportive and growth-oriented environment.
