Currently, VitalCore Health Strategies is offering a rewarding opportunity for a PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at the Harrison County Adult Detention Center located in Gulfport, Mississippi. This position promises competitive wages along with an annual incentive bonus, making it an attractive career choice for nursing professionals seeking meaningful work within the healthcare field. The role is PRN, providing flexibility for those who prefer variable scheduling.

The Licensed Practical Nurse position is integral to the healthcare team at Harrison County Adult Detention Center, providing nursing care within the scope of practice as defined by the local state nursing practice act. Working under the supervision of healthcare supervisors, registered nurses, or the Medical Director, the LPN ensures compliance with all local laws and regulations governing nursing practice. This role requires a compassionate individual who can manage multiple patients, follows directives efficiently, and effectively communicates any changes in patient conditions to the appropriate medical staff.

Employees benefit from a comprehensive package which includes health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, disability coverage, identity theft protection, and even pet insurance, among other perks.
