Job Description
Grow Therapy is a dynamic and innovative company dedicated to partnering with independent mental health clinicians who are eager to build or expand their insurance-based private practices. As a leading mental health services provider, Grow Therapy leverages a robust platform equipped with cutting-edge tools and a thriving peer community to empower therapists. This company is committed to enhancing client outcomes by providing operational and clinical support, enabling therapists to focus primarily on delivering quality care. Established as a trusted partner in the mental health industry, Grow Therapy offers its clinicians a supportive environment to grow their practice sustainably.
The company specializes in providing an all-in-one platform that addresses the complex administrative challenges of private practice. This platform includes credentialing with major insurers, billing and claims support, integrated electronic health records (EHR), scheduling, telehealth services, and built-in compliance tools to ensure that therapists can practice efficiently and confidently. Additionally, Grow Therapy nurtures a vibrant nationwide provider network, offering identity-based clinician groups, local meetups, and virtual networking opportunities to foster community and professional growth.
The role of Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMHT) at Grow Therapy offers a unique opportunity for licensed practitioners in Massachusetts to join a flexible, independent contractor-based position. Therapists can choose their work mode—remote, in-person, or hybrid—all while benefiting from competitive hourly compensation rates, including up to $95 per hour for therapists and $100 per hour for psychologists for insurance clients. Grow Therapy ensures weekly direct deposits and guarantees reimbursement for insurance claims, providing financial stability and peace of mind.
Clinicians in this role enjoy significant autonomy, setting their own private pay rates and managing their caseloads with the backing of a dedicated provider success team. This team offers support with payor navigation, directory management, profile optimization, and marketing guidance. Clinical leadership is also available to provide risk and higher-level-of-care coordination support, along with access to free live Continuing Education (CE) credits and virtual professional development events, fostering ongoing learning and clinical excellence.
This position is ideal for independent practitioners who value both autonomy and strong operational support. Grow Therapy invites therapists ready for sustainable growth and long-term success to join a partner invested in their career development. Offering full-time, part-time, or contract engagement, this role supports a flexible schedule, allowing clinicians to balance their professional and personal lives effectively. With a mission to empower mental health professionals and improve client outcomes, Grow Therapy stands out as a premier choice for therapists in Massachusetts seeking a supportive and growth-oriented practice environment.
