Job Description

Grow Therapy is a pioneering company dedicated to supporting independent mental health clinicians who are eager to establish or expand their insurance-based private practices. As a leading partner in the mental health sector, Grow Therapy provides a comprehensive platform that bridges the gap between clinicians and the operational challenges that come with running a private practice. By equipping therapists with innovative tools, a vibrant peer community, and expert operational and clinical support, Grow Therapy empowers mental health professionals to focus on delivering quality care while optimizing client outcomes and scaling their practices with ease.

Grow Therapy functions as more than just a service provider; it acts as a true partner invested in the long-term success of mental health clinicians across Georgia. Whether you prefer to work remotely, in-person, or in a hybrid setup, Grow Therapy offers you the freedom to choose your work environment while maintaining your status as an independent contractor. This flexibility, combined with competitive compensation—up to $88 per hour for therapists and $100 per hour for psychologists—makes Grow Therapy an attractive and sustainable choice for mental health professionals.

The Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMHT) role at Grow Therapy is designed for professionals who are independently licensed in Georgia and who wish to serve insurance-based clients. In this role, therapists gain access to an all-in-one platform that handles key administrative functions such as credentialing with major insurers, billing and claims support, integrated electronic health records (EHR), scheduling, telehealth services, and built-in compliance tools. This infrastructure allows therapists to dedicate their time and expertise solely to their clients, freed from the burdens of administrative tasks.

Beyond the technological advantages, Grow Therapy fosters a supportive network including a private nationwide provider network, identity-based clinician groups, local meetups, and virtual networking opportunities. Therapists are backed by dedicated provider success teams offering payor navigation assistance, directory management, profile optimization, and marketing guidance. Clinical leaders on-staff provide risk and higher-level-of-care coordination support, along with free live continuing education (CE) credits and virtual professional development events designed to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

This position fits therapists who are looking for more than just a client base; it's about sustainable professional growth within a framework that balances autonomy with strong operational backing. Whether full-time, part-time, or contract, the role offers flexible schedules and a chance to be part of a community that values mental health professionals as independent yet supported practitioners. Grow Therapy is committed to helping you grow your private practice efficiently and effectively in today’s evolving mental health landscape.
