Job Description
EsthetixMD is a premier provider of aesthetic and wellness services and operates as a proud partner of Advanced MedAesthetic Partners (AMP). The company is renowned for its commitment to exceptional patient care, delivered within a supportive and rejuvenating environment. EsthetixMD distinguishes itself by staying at the forefront of innovative treatments while upholding the highest standards of safety and patient satisfaction. The organization thrives on a culture that supports inclusion, empowerment, and personal as well as professional growth. At EsthetixMD, talent is nurtured, innovative ideas are encouraged and executed, and the impact of every team member is measured to ensure continual advancement.
EsthetixMD is currently seeking a passionate and experienced Licensed Master Esthetician to join their dynamic team. This full-time role offers competitive compensation starting at $30.00 per hour plus commission, along with AMP rewards and a beauty budget. The esthetician will specialize in an array of advanced skincare procedures including laser hair removal, laser tattoo removal, chemical peels, microneedling, pigment treatments, Hydrafacials, and Diamond Glow Facials. The position involves creating custom annual treatment plans designed specifically for each patient's unique skin care needs. Beyond treatment delivery, the role emphasizes building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure a positive, welcoming, and professional experience.
In addition to performing treatments that comply with EsthetixMD’s stringent protocols and standards, the esthetician will play a vital role in patient education on post-treatment care, product usage, and overall skin health. Maintaining accurate and thorough patient records is crucial to support continuity of care. This position also offers significant career growth opportunities with ongoing training, mentorship from industry leaders, and national training opportunities, all within a collaborative culture that values teamwork, personal development, and community engagement.
The work environment at EsthetixMD is a medical spa and clinical setting that prioritizes safety, confidentiality, and exceptional service. Shifts may include evenings or weekends based on patient demand, and occasional travel for professional development and training is expected. The company is deeply committed to fostering an inclusive culture where every employee is treated like family and driven by shared values including leadership, excellence, growth, integrity, and community commitment. Employees benefit from comprehensive health and wellness packages including medical, dental, and vision coverage; retirement savings with employer contributions; life and disability insurance; flexible paid time off; profit-sharing for eligible staff; and a growing beauty budget allowing access to exclusive employee perks on treatments and products.
Joining EsthetixMD means becoming part of a forward-thinking health and wellness organization that prioritizes innovation, patient care excellence, and employee well-being. This role is ideal for highly motivated, solutions-oriented master estheticians looking to advance their careers in a supportive yet challenging environment that celebrates success and continuous growth. EsthetixMD values professionalism, confidentiality, and the highest safety standards, ensuring that every team member is equipped and empowered to provide world-class care and service from initial patient contact through every step of the treatment journey and beyond.
