Job Description

Zeel is a pioneering company in the field of on-location healthcare services, specializing in musculoskeletal pain therapy, diagnostic testing, and vaccinations. Established as the first app-based platform offering in-home massage bookings, Zeel has revolutionized the way massage therapy is delivered by bringing professional care directly to clients’ homes, workplaces, healthcare facilities, and spas. With over 2 million appointments completed, Zeel stands as a trusted name in massage therapy and wellness services. As a member of the Veteran Health Administration's Community Care Network, Zeel proudly supports the Veteran community by providing accessible, high-quality medical massage therapy services to Veterans with VA healthcare coverage. Additionally, Zeel operates a nationwide wellness massage service catering to individual and corporate clients seeking convenient massage therapy in various comfortable locations including homes, hotels, and offices, enhancing overall wellness and stress relief in everyday life.

Zeel is currently seeking skilled and compassionate massage therapists to join their provider network and deliver in-home or in-office massage therapy to Veterans primarily in North Carolina. This role offers a highly rewarding opportunity to serve an extremely deserving population by implementing tailored therapeutic massage plans designed to alleviate pain, promote healing, and improve quality of life. Therapists working through Zeel often earn over $1,500 weekly from their appointments, with potential earning of up to $840 for each medical referral completed. The appointments, typically prescribed for 12 sessions over a specific timeframe, allow therapists to establish meaningful relationships with Veterans and closely monitor progress using clinical SOAP note documentation for each session.

Therapists enjoy the flexibility to set their own schedules and choose appointment preferences using Zeel’s industry-leading mobile technology platform. This app enables efficient management of appointment requests, secure communication, clinical documentation, and billing—all conveniently handled through a smartphone with secure password or biometric lock. Zeel takes care of all medical billing and claim processing, freeing therapists to focus entirely on patient care rather than administrative tasks. Moreover, there is opportunity for therapists to extend their services to the general public for wellness massages at various locations such as homes, workplaces, hotels, and spas, thereby expanding professional practice and income potential.

This is a part-time, contract role offering $70.00 per hour with the advantage of flexible scheduling and the ability to work on the road, making it attractive for therapists seeking autonomy and variety in their practice settings. In-office treatment appointments are available for medical referrals only and carry a pay rate slightly less than the in-home rate. Zeel maintains the strongest trust and safety protocols in the industry, ensuring a secure and professional environment for its providers and clients alike. Joining Zeel means becoming part of a respected and military-friendly employer committed to supporting Veterans while empowering healthcare professionals with innovative technology and unmatched administrative support to maximize clinical impact and career satisfaction.
