The role of a Field Insurance Service Representative at AAA The Auto Club Group is vital in maintaining and enhancing the valued relationships between the company and its members. This full-time, hourly position is designed for candidates passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, managing insurance accounts, and supporting membership retention and growth. The representative acts as a frontline ambassador by servicing existing insurance policies, handling applications, renewals, amendments, and resolving customer inquiries efficiently.

The position requires the ability to provide accurate insurance price quotes, process payments, promote various insurance, membership, and financial products, and seek cross-selling opportunities within the Auto Club Group’s portfolio. Representatives also engage in proactive outreach through retention and promotional calls to support member satisfaction and corporate objectives. The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to company policies, and professional communication to address customer issues and drive sales performance.

Ideal candidates will possess a valid Property & Casualty Insurance license, the willingness to obtain and maintain all required licenses, and the ability to complete customer service and insurance training within six months of hire. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, alongside experience in customer-focused environments and knowledge of insurance industry terms and regulations. The position demands strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the capacity to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting. This role offers a starting wage of $23.00 to $25.50 per hour, commensurate with experience, within a temperature-controlled office environment.
