Job Requirements
- One of the following educational qualifications required: MSW, PsyD, PhD in behavioral health field or M.A./M.S. in behavioral health field with clinical practice emphasis from COAMFTE, CACREP, or CORE-accredited program
- Must reside in Colorado and hold one of the specified licensures including PLPC, LPCC, PSW, CSWC, LSW, PSP, LSYC, LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or LP
- At least 1 year of direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
- Ability to work remotely with a secure, HIPAA-compliant workspace
- Availability to work on weekends and holidays
- Strong emotional resilience and communication skills
- Reliable wired and stable internet connection
Job Qualifications
- MSW, PsyD, or PhD in a behavioral health field or M.A./M.S. in a behavioral health field with clinical practice emphasis from COAMFTE, CACREP, or CORE-accredited program
- Hold licensure in Colorado as PLPC, LPCC, PSW, CSWC, LSW, PSP, LSYC, LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or LP
- Minimum of 1 year direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
- Ability to provide crisis intervention and emotional support via telephonic communication
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Capability to maintain professional and ethical standards in telehealth services
Job Duties
- Provide empathetic, ethical, and professional telephonic support to individuals experiencing distress or seeking guidance
- Build rapport, actively listen, and foster client engagement
- Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns, including levels of risk and urgent safety issues
- Provide resources, coping strategies, referrals, and safety planning
- Intervene appropriately in emergent situations
- Maintain accurate, timely, and clinically sound documentation
- Multitask effectively while navigating multiple software systems
- Ensure a secure, HIPAA-compliant home workspace with a locking door and a wired, stable internet connection
