Job Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license and six plus months of current experience
- Must be 25 years or older
- Ability to pass DOT drug screening
- Not suitable for students recent grads or trainees
- Commitment to safety and professionalism
Job Qualifications
- Valid CDL-A license
- Minimum six months of recent CDL-A driving experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to mentor and train new drivers
- Knowledge of DOT safety regulations
- Reliable and responsible work ethic
- Experience driving refrigerated and dry freight
Job Duties
- Mentor and train new drivers on the road
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company standards
- Communicate effectively with trainees and management
- Drive no-touch freight loads efficiently
- Monitor and report trainee progress
- Maintain top-of-the-line equipment
- Support company customer service and integrity goals
