Job Requirements
- A valid CDL-A and 6+ months of current experience
- Must be 25 years or older
- Must be able to pass a DOT drug screen
- Not suitable for students, recent grads, or trainees
Job Qualifications
- Valid CDL-A license for 6 or more months
- Minimum age of 25 years
- Strong communication and mentorship skills
- Proven track record of safety and reliability
- Experience driving over the road routes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Provide on-the-road training and mentorship to new drivers
- transport no-touch refrigerated and dry freight safely
- maintain accurate logs of all miles driven
- ensure compliance with all DOT regulations
- communicate effectively with trainees and dispatch
- participate in safety and performance incentive programs
- operate top-of-the-line Freightliner trucks with professionalism
