This department is committed to maintaining the highest standards of service, operational excellence, and compliance with all federal and state regulations.
The Licensed Bus Operator position, under the direction of the Supervisor, Transportation, involves delivering best-in-class transportation service aboard passenger buses within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role requires a high level of professionalism and enthusiasm, with a focus on guest comfort and safety. The Licensed Bus Operator is responsible for safely operating passenger vehicles while adhering to all federal and state passenger carrier regulations, including the Department of Transportation and California commercial driver handbook rules. The operator must expertly manage vehicle operations, ensuring compliance with federally mandated inspections, and promptly reporting any mechanical issues to maintain the safe transport of guests.

The role demands attentiveness to road and weather conditions, effective communication using radio systems, and the ability to operate ADA-accessible lifts when required. Beyond driving duties, operators assist guests with inquiries about resort and casino services, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the brand's offerings and customer service standards. This position requires flexibility to work evening, weekend, and holiday shifts and the physical ability to perform tasks such as cleaning vehicles and handling occasional lifting up to 40 pounds.
