Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be 18 years of age
- Have a working familiarity with the geography of the New York/New Jersey metropolitan area as measured by a screening examination
- Ability to type and use computer equipment common to an office environment and portable customer support equipment
- A valid in-state driver’s license with experience driving a 15-seater van
- Successfully complete examinations given at the conclusion of an 8-day formal orientation training
- One plus year of customer service supervision
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish would be an asset

Job Duties
- Supervise ACES and all activities for which the Contractor is responsible at the airport, including motivating ACES through direct field contact
- Ensure the ACES are on post, dressed in complete uniform as required, and fulfilling their duties with enthusiasm and excellence
- Oversee duties performed by ACES, review operating logs and reports including physical conditions of terminals, frontages, and bus stops
- Assist the ACES Manager and ACES Assistant Manager in overseeing all activities carried out by the Contractor and assume management responsibilities as directed
- Transmit information between ACES and the ACES Manager and ACES Assistant Manager
- Maintain personnel and attendance files of ACES
- Notify Airport Manager of any significant delays, unusual or emergency situations
- Be responsible for the optimum utilization of ACES and other resources on assigned shift, including assistance in scheduling
- Train ACES with respect to functions and responsibilities and evaluate subordinates performance
