We are currently seeking a Lexus Product Concierge to join our exceptional team. This role offers competitive and stable compensation starting at $16 per hour with weekly pay every Friday. In this role, you will serve as the trusted liaison between the world-class Lexus brand and its guests, providing outstanding service that turns every interaction into a memorable experience. Your responsibilities will include educating guests on the latest Lexus vehicle features and technology, handling concerns with professionalism and empathy, and collaborating closely with dealership staff to uphold our standard of excellence. With normal business hours primarily in the morning to late afternoon and limited evening or Sunday demands, you can maintain a balanced work-life schedule. Job Requirements

  • valid driver’s license and good driving record
  • valid driver’s license for at least one year excluding temporary license
  • at least 18 years of age
  • ability to sit and or stand through an entire shift
  • professional appearance
  • perform tasks involving bending, kneeling, walking, and jogging
  • strong communication skills
  • pass criminal background check, 5 panel drug screen, and or motor vehicle record check after a conditional offer is accepted

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • work normal business hours in the morning to late afternoon with limited demand on evenings and closed Sundays
  • work Monday–Saturday shifts from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM with a weekday off when working Saturday
  • serve as a trusted resource for Lexus guests by answering questions, resolving concerns, and creating memorable experiences
  • become an in-house expert on Lexus vehicle features and technology and walk guests through how it all works
  • handle guest concerns with calm professionalism and empathy, de-escalating frustrations and turning difficult interactions into positive outcomes
  • introduce guests to aftermarket products and accessories through Lexus-provided training
  • collaborate with the dealership team to ensure every guest touchpoint reflects the Lexus standard of excellence
