Job Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- a minimum of six months shipping and receiving experience preferred
- car dealership experience preferred
- knowledge of shipping procedures is helpful
- must be able to understand mathematical principles including adding, subtracting, dividing, multiplying, and percentages
- ability to pay attention to detail
- read and comprehend instructions and information in the English language
- work well with the public
- communicate in a professional manner on the phone, internet and in person
- use standard office equipment
- experience with and proficient with Microsoft office products including Word, Excel, Outlook
- must have a valid driver's license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record with at least one year of driving experience

Job Duties
- Responsible for accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments with high attention to detail
- fills orders for products, following order tickets, and forwards or mails items
- examines incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, records shortages, and corresponds with shipper to rectify damages and shortages
- unloads or unpacks incoming shipments or arranges, packs, or prepares materials and products for display, distribution, outgoing shipment, or storage
- works alongside parts team to support online parts orders
- maintains inventory of shipping materials and supplies
- replenishes assigned parts inventory
- keeps counter areas clean and uncluttered
- responsible for making parts deliveries and pick-ups to guests, dealerships and other account holders
- performs other specific administrative functions as directed by management
- assists in all other areas of the parts department, as needed
- always maintains professional appearance
- maintains high ethical standards in all actions
