Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, marketing, or related field preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years of luxury hotel or resort sales experience preferably within the leisure segment
- Established relationships with luxury travel advisors and consortia partners preferred
- Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of GDS, online distribution platforms, and leisure travel market trends
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Delphi preferred
- Proficiency in PMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as business needs require
- Legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Develop and execute a comprehensive leisure sales strategy aligned with the resort's annual revenue goals
- Identify high-value leisure accounts and opportunities to expand market share
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with luxury travel advisors, consortia partners, and wholesale accounts
- Conduct sales calls, virtual trainings, webinars, and site inspections to strengthen partner engagement
- Proactively prospect new business opportunities and emerging leisure markets
- Represent the resort at trade shows, roadshows, and industry events
- Coordinate and host familiarization trips for key partners
- Maintain accurate account profiles, production reports, and sales activity records
- Monitor account performance and develop strategies to exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with marketing, reservations, and operations teams to align sales initiatives with guest experience delivery
