Job Description

Aman Group is a globally renowned luxury hospitality company known for its unique and exquisite resorts and retreats located in some of the most breathtaking destinations around the world. One of their flagship properties, Amangiri, is a stunning resort situated in the heart of the Colorado Plateau's pristine red-rock landscape in Canyon Point, Utah. Amangiri features 34 modernist suites, a luxurious Aman Spa, and a mesa-embracing pool that together create a tranquil sanctuary reflecting the serene beauty of the surrounding canyons. The nearby Camp Sarika offers an adventurous counterpart with its 10 tented pavilions, dedicated restaurant, lounge, and spa suites, making it an unparalleled destination for guests seeking both relaxation and excitement.

This position is a remote role based in Miami, Florida, supporting the Amangiri resort in Utah. The role entails regular travel to represent Amangiri at various industry events, partner meetings, and familiarization experiences across the luxury travel sector.

The Leisure Sales Manager plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth within the leisure segment by implementing strategic sales initiatives, targeted business development, and fostering strong relationships with key luxury travel partners. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales & Marketing, this role represents Amangiri in the global luxury travel community and builds partnerships with travel advisors, consortia, and wholesale partners. The goal is to position Amangiri and Camp Sarika as premier destinations preferred by discerning travelers.

Responsibilities include developing and executing a comprehensive leisure sales strategy aligned with Amangiri's annual revenue goals. This involves identifying high-value leisure accounts and new market opportunities to increase market share. The Leisure Sales Manager must maintain strong relationships with luxury travel advisors, consortia partners, and wholesale accounts by conducting sales calls, virtual training sessions, webinars, and hosting site inspections to deepen engagement. Proactive prospecting of new business opportunities and emerging leisure markets is essential to sustain growth.

The role also requires representing the resort at trade shows, roadshows, and industry events, while coordinating and hosting familiarization trips (FAM trips) for key partners to showcase the exceptional offerings of Amangiri and Camp Sarika. Maintaining precise account profiles, production reports, and sales activity records is crucial for tracking performance and developing strategies to exceed sales targets. Collaboration with other departments such as marketing, reservations, and operations ensures the alignment of sales initiatives with guest experience delivery.

This position offers a unique opportunity for an experienced sales professional passionate about ultra-luxury hospitality and personalized service where attention to every detail is paramount. Successful candidates will find support in career growth, competitive compensation, and comprehensive benefits within the Aman Group's extensive global portfolio.
