Job Description

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, marketing, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 3-5 years of luxury hotel or resort sales experience preferably within the leisure segment
  • Established relationships with luxury travel advisors and consortia partners preferred
  • Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills
  • Knowledge of GDS, online distribution platforms, and leisure travel market trends
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Delphi preferred
  • Proficiency in PMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as business needs require
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive leisure sales strategy aligned with the resort's annual revenue goals
  • Identify high-value leisure accounts and opportunities to expand market share
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with luxury travel advisors, consortia partners, and wholesale accounts
  • Conduct sales calls, virtual trainings, webinars, and site inspections to strengthen partner engagement
  • Proactively prospect new business opportunities and emerging leisure markets
  • Represent the resort at trade shows, roadshows, and industry events
  • Coordinate and host familiarization trips for key partners
  • Maintain accurate account profiles, production reports, and sales activity records
  • Monitor account performance and develop strategies to exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with marketing, reservations, and operations teams to align sales initiatives with guest experience delivery
