Delaware North Sportservice is a leading hospitality and food service provider, known for delivering exceptional culinary experiences in some of the most iconic venues across the United States. Currently, Delaware North operates the concessions and premium dining services at American Family Field in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, which is the home of the Milwaukee Brewers, a professional baseball team with a rich heritage dating back to 1970. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- able to work flexible schedules including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
- able to stand for long periods including bending, lifting, reaching, and stretching
- able to lift 20 pounds or more
- ability to move rapidly and coordinate multiple orders
- exposed to variable temperatures
- ability to follow procedures and directions
- work as a team player
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous kitchen or food preparation experience preferred
- ability to read and understand recipes and food abbreviations
- attentiveness and detail oriented
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- basic math skills for calculating recipe measurements
- strong teamwork and communication skills
Job Duties
- Follow supervisor's assignments for opening and closing procedures
- prepare food and beverage products following recipe guidelines and sanitation standards
- set up and operate kitchen equipment
- clean equipment following proper procedures
- keep workstation clean, organized, sanitized, and stocked
- work cooperatively with co-workers and management
- ensure safe food handling and quality control
