Currently, Delaware North operates the concessions and premium dining services at American Family Field in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, which is the home of the Milwaukee Brewers, a professional baseball team with a rich heritage dating back to 1970. This stadium seats 41,900 fans and incorporates a variety of dining options including concession outlets, suites, all-inclusive areas, clubs, and the unique J. Leinenkugel's Barrel Yard Brewery, Bar, and Restaurant. The role of a Seasonal Legends Cook at American Family Field offers an exciting opportunity to work as part of an energetic and dynamic culinary team. As a cook, you will be integral in preparing food and beverage items, following recipes and sanitation standards to ensure quality and safety. You will be working in a fast-paced kitchen environment where no two days are the same, requiring a passion for culinary arts, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work cooperatively with colleagues and leadership. This position provides the chance to develop fundamental kitchen skills, operate various kitchen equipment, and maintain high cleanliness standards throughout your workstation. Job Duties

  • Follow supervisor's assignments for opening and closing procedures
  • prepare food and beverage products following recipe guidelines and sanitation standards
  • set up and operate kitchen equipment
  • clean equipment following proper procedures
  • keep workstation clean, organized, sanitized, and stocked
  • work cooperatively with co-workers and management
  • ensure safe food handling and quality control
