Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy office setting
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a focus on client service
- Dependable and punctual
- Proficient in office technology and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of experience in a law firm or similar setting preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
- Customer service background preferred
- Inbound telemarketing experience preferred
- Proficient in office technology and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Job Duties
- Greet and assist clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
- Answer and direct incoming calls, take messages, and handle general inquiries
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distribution
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area and conference rooms
- Assist with filing, photocopying, scanning, and other routine office tasks
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar
- Support attorneys and staff with administrative and intake-related tasks
