  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication skills

Job Duties

  • Greet clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
  • Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings for attorneys
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and legal documents
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Perform data entry, file management, and other administrative tasks as assigned
  • Prepare and maintain client files (physical and electronic)
  • Communicate with court personnel, clients, and vendors as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
  • Assist with billing support, document preparation, or case-related follow-ups when requested
