- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Job Duties
- Greet clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings for attorneys
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and legal documents
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Perform data entry, file management, and other administrative tasks as assigned
- Prepare and maintain client files (physical and electronic)
- Communicate with court personnel, clients, and vendors as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Assist with billing support, document preparation, or case-related follow-ups when requested
