Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years' work experience as a receptionist
- Previous experience in a client service field preferred or law firm
- Ability to multitask with attention to detail
- Ability to handle complaints with professionalism, patience, and diplomacy
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Manage multiple line switchboard
- Ability to multitask in face paced office environment
- Monday to Friday availability from 10 am to 7 pm

Job Duties
- Work closely with the client's staff to assist with front office
- Answer incoming telephone calls and forward to the appropriate person
- Take accurate and complete messages for those who are unavailable
- Promptly greet and announce visitors in a friendly and business-like manner
- Maintain a neat and organized reception desk and front lobby area
- Order and stock supplies as needed
- Report general maintenance issues to appropriate office or building services personnel
- Possess knowledge and understanding of procedures regarding confidential documents and documents served by courts
- Provide a variety of administrative, clerical and office service duties as needed
- Manage visitor offices and conference room reservations
- Work with IT department, catering department and internal/external client
