Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a legal reception or administrative role preferred
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office and office software
  • ability to multitask and prioritize workload
  • strong organizational and time management skills
  • maintain confidentiality and uphold firm standards
  • professional and courteous demeanor at all times

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior reception or administrative experience in a legal or professional office environment preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
  • ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

  • discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner
  • answer and route incoming phone calls, take accurate messages, and manage voicemail systems
  • maintain lobby, conference rooms, and reception areas to ensure a polished and organized office environment
  • coordinate conference room scheduling and assist with meeting setup as needed
  • receive, sort, and distribute mail and courier deliveries
  • assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scanning, and document preparation
  • support attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants with ad hoc administrative requests
