Job Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
- One to two years of related experience and/or training
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products required
- Real estate experience preferred
- Ability to interpret documents and correspondence
- Basic arithmetic skills including units of measure, ratios, and percents

Job Duties
- Help coordinate the processing of various legal documents related to real property acquisition, disposition, or ownership
- Organize legal documents pertaining to the company’s legal matters
- Prepare various types of documentation
- Compose letters and routine correspondence
- Use Microsoft Office and Excel effectively
- Make meeting and travel arrangements as needed
- Perform general clerical assistance including preparing packages and telephone duties
- Process and organize emails and electronic files
