Job Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
  • One to two years of related experience and/or training
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products required
  • Real estate experience preferred
  • Ability to interpret documents and correspondence
  • Basic arithmetic skills including units of measure, ratios, and percents

  • Ability to read and interpret documents, reports, and correspondence
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide units of measure as well as ratios, percents, and graphs

Job Duties

  • Help coordinate the processing of various legal documents related to real property acquisition, disposition, or ownership
  • Organize legal documents pertaining to the company’s legal matters
  • Prepare various types of documentation
  • Compose letters and routine correspondence
  • Use Microsoft Office and Excel effectively
  • Make meeting and travel arrangements as needed
  • Perform general clerical assistance including preparing packages and telephone duties
  • Process and organize emails and electronic files
