  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • Previous cooking or food service experience is a plus but not required
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive, collaborative attitude
  • Ability to stand and walk continually throughout the shift
  • Ability to perform duties requiring bending, stooping, and reaching
  • Comfortable preparing meats, seafood, and vegetables and maintaining cold table supplies
  • Ability to perform cleaning functions including sanitizing equipment, tools, utensils, and work surfaces
  • Reliable attendance and ability to work various scheduled shifts

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Skillfully prepare a variety of menu items including stir-frying entrees and preparing appetizers in accordance with established recipes and quality standards
  • Efficiently prep and portion ingredients and ensure station is consistently stocked
  • Ensure all products served meet high quality standards
  • Adhere to standard batch sizes, cooking methods, and kitchen policies and procedures
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen area including food preparation, storage spaces, equipment, and utensils
  • Perform proper opening and closing procedures for kitchen stations
  • Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service
