Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Previous cooking or food service experience is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, collaborative attitude
- Ability to stand and walk continually throughout the shift
- Ability to perform duties requiring bending, stooping, and reaching
- Comfortable preparing meats, seafood, and vegetables and maintaining cold table supplies
- Ability to perform cleaning functions including sanitizing equipment, tools, utensils, and work surfaces
- Reliable attendance and ability to work various scheduled shifts

Job Duties
- Skillfully prepare a variety of menu items including stir-frying entrees and preparing appetizers in accordance with established recipes and quality standards
- Efficiently prep and portion ingredients and ensure station is consistently stocked
- Ensure all products served meet high quality standards
- Adhere to standard batch sizes, cooking methods, and kitchen policies and procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen area including food preparation, storage spaces, equipment, and utensils
- Perform proper opening and closing procedures for kitchen stations
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service
