Job Requirements
- Master's degree in hospitality management, management, or related field
- Demonstrated effectiveness in teaching
- Experience with online and/or hybrid teaching formats
- Ability to contribute positively to school and university culture
- Effective communication skills
- Commitment to student success
- Ability to participate in service and program development activities
Job Qualifications
- Master’s degree in hospitality management, management, or another closely related area
- Demonstrated effectiveness in teaching
- Experience with online and/or hybrid teaching formats
- Evidence of ability to contribute to the positive culture of our school, university, and community
- Experience in curriculum development and program assessment
- Academic experience working with culturally diverse students, staff, and faculty
- A doctoral degree in management, hospitality, or a closely related discipline from an AACSB-accredited school (preferred)
Job Duties
- Teach undergraduate courses in face-to-face, hybrid, and online modalities
- Engage in university, professional, and community service
- Support student success and career development initiatives
- Participate in program development and course development
- Contribute to program assessment and community development
- Provide instruction across a full range of hospitality management courses
