Job Description

Dream Live Prosper Communities is a renowned leader in the multifamily housing sector, focused on creating thriving communities that not only provide safe and attainable housing but also enrich the lives of residents. As a subsidiary of DLP Capital, a company recognized on multiple Best Places to Work lists and featured on the Inc. 5000 list for 13 consecutive years, Dream Live Prosper maintains a culture of excellence, growth, and purpose. The organization is dedicated to building flagship residential communities that stand out for their quality, community spirit, and resident satisfaction. Located in historic Bethlehem, the Dream Boyd Theatre community represents a flagship lease-up opportunity in a luxury rental property that marries modern living with a rich cultural heritage. Situated at 30 W Broad St, Bethlehem, PA, this new residential project offers high-quality apartments that cater to a discerning clientele looking for comfort, style, and a community-oriented lifestyle.

The Leasing Specialist role at Dream Boyd Theatre is a career-defining position responsible for driving leasing efforts and playing a vital role in completing the lease-up of this luxury community. This full-time opportunity comes with competitive compensation and potential bonuses, reflecting the importance of the position in ensuring the community’s success. The Leasing Specialist is the public face of the community, tasked with delivering a WOW customer experience to prospective renters and current residents alike. This role demands interaction on multiple levels — from conducting engaging leasing tours to utilizing excellent communication skills to build lasting relationships. The specialist helps to promote and sell the available apartment homes using proven closing techniques, ensuring each prospective resident feels valued and informed throughout the leasing process.

Beyond leasing, the role involves marketing initiatives — including outreach and social media engagement — to boost visibility and generate leads. The Leasing Specialist will be deeply involved in community-building efforts by organizing monthly resident events to foster a sense of belonging and enhance resident satisfaction. By building partnerships with local businesses, universities, hospitals, and major employers, the specialist cultivates a steady stream of traffic and cross-promotional opportunities. This proactive, motivated professional must maintain a sense of empowerment and accountability, delivering positive results aligned with the core values of DLP. Technical proficiency in tools such as Appfolio, G-suite, and Microsoft Office is advantageous and facilitates efficient CRM management, lead follow-up, and lease documentation.

At Dream Live Prosper Communities, the focus is not only on building properties but on making a meaningful community impact. The organization's mission to fund and build Thriving Communities centers on safe, attainable housing and is driven by core values like authenticity, stewardship, grit, and servant leadership. Dream Live Prosper fosters a culture where employees are motivated to grow both personally and professionally while contributing to a greater social mission. Employees experience a workplace that values diversity, offers numerous learning incentives, and provides strong support through various benefit programs. The Leasing Specialist will join a team that embraces challenges, pursues growth, and works towards ambitious goals with a shared commitment to excellence and service.
