As the largest operator of apartments in the United States, managing over one million units globally, Greystar provides unparalleled expertise and dedication to offering world-class rental residential services. The company was founded in 1993 by Bob Faith with a vision to elevate the rental housing experience through exceptional service, innovation, and quality. With nearly $79 billion in assets under management, including development and regulatory assets, Greystar maintains a strong commitment to delivering value to residents, investors, and partners alike.
The Leasing Professional role at the Village at Traditions in Port St. Lucie, Florida, offers a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant community managed by Greystar. This position is focused on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals by implementing community marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies. As a Leasing Professional, you will be responsible for conducting all leasing activities including greeting prospects, community tours, application processing, and lease preparation. You will ensure that apartments meet move-in ready standards and provide an outstanding resident experience from lease signing to lease renewal. The community is a garden-style property with 372 units and operates on a schedule of Monday through Friday with rotating weekends, providing a dynamic work environment.
This role requires a proactive approach to market research, competitor analysis, and the execution of marketing plans to sustain and boost occupancy. The Leasing Professional will also utilize property management software to manage availability, track leasing activities, and maintain demographic data. You will ensure the community and show units meet company standards and collaborate with maintenance teams to keep the property appealing and functional. Additionally, you will maintain ongoing communication with prospects and residents to guarantee satisfaction and encourage lease renewals. Responding promptly and effectively to resident and owner inquiries or concerns is a key part of this position. The role also demands a flexible schedule, including occasional evening, weekend, and holiday availability, catering to the needs of the residents and community.
Greystar offers a robust benefits package including competitive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, generous paid time off, onsite housing discounts, a paid sabbatical program, a 401(k) plan with company match, paid parental leave, fertility benefits, employee assistance programs, and various insurance and legal plans. This comprehensive package supports the wellbeing and professional growth of its employees, making Greystar a highly desirable employer in the property management industry. Joining Greystar means being part of a company that values diversity, inclusion, and the professional development of its team members while delivering exceptional service to its residents.
