Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution
- prior experience in customer service or sales experience preferred
- basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
- experience with property management software preferred
- entrada experience a plus
- work indoors approximately 95 percent of the time and outdoors approximately 5 percent of the time
- use olfactory, auditory, and visual senses to inspect building and detect emergency alarms
- on occasion, perform physical inspections of the property which may include climbing up and down stairs or accessing restrictive openings
- ability to lift up to 25lbs
- though occurrences are rare, be accessible 24 hours a day in case of an emergency and perform on-site operations management during natural disasters
- transfer properties and work overtime as business needs deem appropriate
- ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- conduct property tours to future residents and visitors
- process documentation such as credit screening, criminal background checks, lease and move in packages and lease signing
- inspect apartments prior to occupancy and ensure the apartment is in excellent condition prior to move in
- develop marketing plans with the goal to sustain occupancy as well as staying informed about the current market
- use and create promotional items and technology to communicate with potential prospects and generate revenue
- ensure the achievement of the property’s revenue and occupancy goals by directing the marketing, advertising and sales activities as well as ensure the apartments are available for occupancy
- assist with the lease renewal program and the communication process
- build relationships with prospective and future residents to ensure satisfaction and finalize decisions to lease and/or renew
