We are currently seeking an energetic and customer-focused Apartment Leasing Professional to join our team. This role serves as the first point of contact for prospective residents, ensuring a positive and informative experience from their initial inquiry through to their move-in and beyond. The Apartment Leasing Professional will conduct tours of available units, assist applicants through the leasing process, and support current residents with renewals and community needs.

In this position, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the community's occupancy and resident satisfaction. Your responsibilities include greeting and assisting potential residents, processing lease applications and renewals accurately, and maintaining strong communication lines with prospects and tenants. Beyond leasing duties, you will help strengthen our community's atmosphere by assisting in marketing efforts and organizing resident-focused events.

This role is perfect for someone with excellent communication skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced, people-oriented environment. Experience in leasing, sales, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory, as we value attitude, motivation, and eagerness to learn. Familiarity with property management software, such as Yardi, is advantageous but not required.
