Job Description

The Leasing Professional role is pivotal within our organization, as it involves managing all aspects of the apartment rental process. This includes attracting potential residents, assessing their needs and qualifications, guiding them through the leasing documentation, and ensuring a smooth move-in process. You'll be the face of our community to prospective and current residents, playing a significant role in their overall satisfaction and retention. This position offers an excellent hourly pay rate of $18.00 - $20.00 and includes attractive incentives such as a 20% rent discount, property staff shared renewal commissions, and a quarterly $300 Morgan Essentials bonus. Additionally, you will have access to a comprehensive benefits package that covers medical, dental, vision, life/AD&D insurance, and long/short-term disability. Our company also supports your future financial security through a 401(k) plan with a company match. Recognizing the importance of work-life balance, we provide generous paid time off, including 10 holidays per year and sick leave.

You will work in a dynamic environment with scheduled hours from Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional adjustments based on business needs. This structured schedule supports a healthy balance between professional responsibilities and personal time. As a Leasing Professional, your outstanding interpersonal and communication skills will enable you to engage effectively with prospective tenants and property staff, ensuring a high level of customer service. Prior customer service experience is required, and leasing or sales experience is considered a strong advantage. A valid driver’s license, a good driving record, and auto insurance may be required if travel between multiple properties is necessary.
