Job Requirements
- At least high school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, ideally in leasing or sales
- proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- knowledge of or willingness to learn leasing and property management software
- ability to work weekends
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- must pass background check, employment verification, and drug screening
- physical ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Customer service experience of 1-2 years, ideally in sales or leasing property management
- proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- knowledge or willingness to learn property management software such as Yardi or MRI
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- goal-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- friendly, energetic, and approachable personality
- availability to work weekends
- physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Job Duties
- Promote the apartment community, conduct tours, and implement outreach campaigns to drive traffic
- manage online listings and social media to increase visibility
- facilitate applicant screenings, prepare leases, and ensure smooth move-ins
- maintain accurate lease documentation
- build relationships to encourage renewals, address concerns, and implement retention strategies
- convert leads into leases, meet leasing goals, and generate new prospects through events and follow-ups
- maintain accurate records, assist in reporting, and support the Community Manager with lease renewals, resident files, and compliance with regulations
