Job Requirements

- Good driving record
- Auto insurance may be required for travel to multiple properties

- Experience in leasing or sales is a plus

- Ability to maintain detailed records and manage lease documentation
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record preferred
- Familiarity with property management software is beneficial
Job Duties
- Manage all aspects of apartment rentals including attracting and assessing potential residents
- Complete lease documentation and move-in procedures
- Interact directly with prospective and current residents to provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain accurate records and resident files
- Assist with property tours and answer inquiries regarding community features
- Collaborate with office staff to coordinate leasing activities and renewals
- Implement sales strategies to achieve occupancy goals
