As a Leasing Professional, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our apartment community by managing all aspects of apartment rentals. This role involves attracting prospective residents, assessing their eligibility, and guiding them through the leasing process from initial inquiry to move-in. Your daily interactions directly impact resident satisfaction and occupancy rates, making your contribution vital to the community's vibrancy and growth. The position offers a competitive hourly wage between $19.00 and $22.00, coupled with numerous incentives including a 20% rent discount, shared renewal commissions, quarterly bonuses, and an employee referral program. Standard work hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with Saturday shifts from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Flexible scheduling may be required based on business needs.

This role requires a customer-focused approach, strong sales skills, and excellent communication abilities. Candidates with prior customer service experience will excel, and leasing or sales experience is considered a plus. Successful Leasing Professionals maintain detailed records, assist residents with lease documentation, and work closely with office staff to coordinate move-ins and renewals.   • Valid driver’s license
  • Good driving record
  • Auto insurance may be required for travel to multiple properties

Job Duties

  • Manage all aspects of apartment rentals including attracting and assessing potential residents
  • Complete lease documentation and move-in procedures
  • Interact directly with prospective and current residents to provide exceptional customer service
  • Maintain accurate records and resident files
  • Assist with property tours and answer inquiries regarding community features
  • Collaborate with office staff to coordinate leasing activities and renewals
