We are currently seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant to join our Somerset Park Apartments team. This role is ideal for individuals with a friendly, outgoing personality who have a passion for sales and customer service. The Leasing Consultant is a key player in maximizing property occupancy by attracting qualified prospects, networking locally, scheduling appointments, securing leases, and promoting resident retention. In addition to leasing duties, this position involves providing top-tier customer service by addressing resident questions, concerns, and complaints in a courteous and professional manner. The Leasing Consultant supports the Property Manager and contributes to the overall success of the property by assisting with various administrative tasks such as answering phones and maintaining resident/property files. A strong commitment to Fair Housing Practices and a professional demeanor are essential traits for this role. This position offers an hourly wage plus commissions, along with a full benefits package, including medical, vision, dental, life insurance options, 401K with employer matching, paid vacation and holidays, and employee apartment rental discounts.
