The role of Leasing Consultant at Bell Partners is a dynamic and essential position that centers on being the welcoming face and primary point of contact for prospective and current residents. The Leasing Consultant coordinates community tours, responds promptly to leasing inquiries, and manages day-to-day interactions with residents. A vital part of the role involves serving as a communication hub between residents, community management, and maintenance teams, ensuring seamless coordination and resident satisfaction. This position requires a dedicated professional who is adept at leasing apartments, understanding Fair Housing Standards, and providing outstanding customer service. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ years customer service experience, hospitality or apartment leasing role
- Must demonstrate support of BAL strategic drivers
- Must demonstrate ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Must be able to work on a team or in a team environment
- Must present a professional image
- Must be resourceful and well-organized
- Ability to successfully work on a team
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Exceptional customer service skills and a professional image
- Good decision-making skills and knowledge on how businesses work

Job Duties
- Serve as the welcoming first point of contact for all residents, prospects, and visitors to the community
- Effectively lease apartments and sell propertys products and services in accordance with budget
- Ensure Fair Housing Standards in all matters when working with prospects and residents
- Follow up on leasing traffic entries and monitor traffic trends
- Maintain thorough product knowledge of property and that of major competition
- Assist with marketing activities to position Bell communities as communities of choice
- Coordinate the resident application review in accordance with Bell guidelines
- Complete lease packets and files for each resident to include the lease, all addendums and other forms
- Regular attendance and punctuality
- Proper documentation
- Follow up with residents throughout the lease
- Receive any resident inquiries, complaints, or issues and provide timely follow up
