Additionally, the Leasing Professional is responsible for inspecting apartments with new residents, completing necessary paperwork, supporting the Assistant Property Manager with tracking renewals and lease expirations, handling application fees, security deposits, rents, and other payments accurately, and entering all prospect and resident data promptly into the company’s management software. Compliance with Fair Housing regulations and local/state laws is a key part of the position.
This full-time position offers a starting pay of $17.00 per hour with a regular day shift schedule and may require some weekend availability. Barrett & Stokely provides a comprehensive benefits package which enhances the overall value of working with the firm. The job is well-suited for individuals who are customer service oriented, communicative, detail-focused, and eager to grow within the real estate management industry.
