The Leasing Consultant II role at Vinings Lofts & Apartments presents an exciting opportunity to join a premier Class A, 269-unit mid-rise community situated in the vibrant Vinings neighborhood near The Battery Atlanta. The position is full-time and involves a dynamic work schedule with day shifts, weekend availability, on-call, and occasional overtime. The pay range starts at $14.67 to $20.00 per hour, with additional earnings potential through commissions and bonuses.

This role is pivotal in the property operations team, requiring strong interpersonal and sales skills to engage prospective residents effectively. The Leasing Consultant II is responsible for touring and presenting the community compellingly, guiding potential residents to find the ideal apartment home, and managing the entire leasing and renewal process from start to finish.
