As a company, Preiss embraces diversity and inclusivity, proudly identifying as an Equal Opportunity and LGBTQ+ friendly employer, fostering a respectful and supportive work culture for all employees. The company places high importance on community engagement, innovation in property management, and ensuring resident satisfaction through attentive service and proactive communication. Their strong commitment to excellence in the real estate sector has earned them recognition as a trusted property management organization, known for maintaining high occupancy rates and leveraging strategic marketing and operational expertise to optimize asset performance. Quantum on West Call is one of Preiss's premier student housing communities, designed to offer comfortable, modern living spaces tailored to meet the unique needs of university students. The property focuses on creating a welcoming environment where residents can thrive both socially and academically, supported by attentive property management and community-building initiatives. The location is strategically positioned to provide easy access to nearby campuses and local amenities, ensuring convenience and a vibrant living experience.
The role of Leasing Consultant at Quantum on West Call is integral to the daily leasing and marketing operations of the property. Leasing Consultants act as the primary point of contact for prospective and current residents, playing a vital role in fostering positive relationships and facilitating the leasing process from inquiry to lease signing. This position involves engaging with potential residents by answering inquiries, conducting property tours, and following up on leads to maximize occupancy and meet leasing targets. The Leasing Consultant is also responsible for marketing efforts, including collaborating with local universities, businesses, and cultural centers to promote the property and organize resident events that enhance community involvement. Attention to customer service is paramount, as the successful candidate must address questions and concerns effectively and professionally, ensuring a positive tenant experience. Additional responsibilities include administrative tasks such as processing payments, filing leases, and generating reports essential for the property's operational efficiency. Ideal candidates will possess at least one year of customer service or sales experience, with a preference for prior property management leasing experience. A fundamental understanding of Fair Housing regulations is required, alongside excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Educational requirements include a high school diploma or some college, with a preference for those holding a bachelor's degree in business or a related field. This role offers a dynamic and rewarding opportunity to contribute to a growing community within a respected national property management firm, focusing on tenant satisfaction, effective marketing, and operational excellence.
