Job Description

Bedrock Property Management is a forward-thinking property management company that sets itself apart through innovative and thoughtful approaches to property management and development. Unlike typical companies in this sector, Bedrock prides itself on combining smart business practices with a fresh, unexpected perspective. Bedrock is dedicated to providing excellent service to investors, residents, and customers alike, operating with a mission to transform property management into a meaningful and engaging experience rather than a routine process. Their exceptional commitment to quality is grounded in their core purpose of caring deeply for residents, guests, and clients and their relentless pursuit of excellence. Core values like teamwork, ownership, growth, and clear, kind communication define the company's culture and guide their work environment.

The Leasing Consultant role at Bedrock Property Management plays a crucial part in the success of the properties under their care. As a Leasing Consultant, you will support day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth function while focusing heavily on resident satisfaction. This position emphasizes achieving leasing goals, financial targets, and performance metrics for the community, all while maintaining outstanding customer service. Apart from routine leasing duties, the role encompasses managing the property's reputation through social media, direct communication, and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate thrives on passion, empathy, and energy, excelling in listening and problem-solving with a customer-first approach. Working closely with the Community Director, the Leasing Consultant ensures that not only are leasing targets met but that community engagement and resident retention strategies are actively pursued.

Bedrock offers a dynamic workplace where continual professional growth is encouraged and supported. The company instills a culture of ownership where team members take complete responsibility to solve problems and exceed expectations while maintaining integrity. Leasing Consultants are expected to present a professional image, abide by legal standards including fair housing laws, and operate technological tools effectively to manage communications and administration tasks.

This position demands a proactive individual comfortable engaging with multiple stakeholders including prospects, residents, vendors, and owners. Duties include conducting property tours, resolving resident issues quickly, maintaining a neat office environment, managing after-hours concerns as needed, and promoting resident events and marketing initiatives to drive property performance. Beyond operational excellence, Bedrock cultivates a workplace where kindness, clarity, and hard conversations propel the team forward together.

If you are a motivated professional with experience in multi-family property management or leasing, passionate about customer service, and eager to work in a collaborative and innovative environment, Bedrock Property Management offers a unique career path. They value diversity, equity, and inclusion, fostering a respectful and supportive workplace where everyone is empowered to excel. This Leasing Consultant role is more than just a job – it’s an opportunity to grow personally and professionally while making a tangible difference in residents’ lives and property success.
