- previous experience in property management leasing
- excellent customer service skills
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- proficiency in MS Office and property management software
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- detail-oriented with good organizational skills

Job Duties
- Greet prospective tenants and provide property tours
- showcase the property's amenities, features, and benefits to potential tenants
- respond promptly to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- prepare and review lease agreements with new residents
- maintain accurate records of prospective and current residents
- follow up with leads and nurture relationships with potential tenants
- coordinate move-ins and move-outs including inspections and key exchanges
- address resident concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- assist with property marketing efforts including creating listings and promotional materials
- stay updated on local market trends and competitor activities
- perform other duties as assigned
