Redwood Communities stands out for its focus on community-oriented management and sustainable development, aiming to make a positive impact on neighborhoods and individuals alike.
The Leasing Consultant role at Redwood Communities is a critical position within the company that bridges the gap between prospective residents and the community they aspire to join. Working closely with prospective and current residents, the Leasing Consultant will prepare and review lease agreements, maintain detailed records, and coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including inspections and key exchanges. Effective follow-up with leads and nurturing relationships with potential tenants are central to driving occupancy and resident satisfaction. Additionally, this role involves assisting with property marketing efforts by creating listings and promotional materials, staying informed about local market trends, and monitoring competitor activities.
The position offers an estimated hourly salary of $16 and includes incentive bonuses based on individual and company performance, reflecting the organization's dedication to rewarding excellence. Employees benefit from top-tier health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company matching, life and disability insurance, and paid time off.
