Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in property management leasing
  • excellent customer service skills
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • proficiency in MS Office and property management software
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • detail-oriented with good organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Greet prospective tenants and provide property tours
  • showcase the property's amenities, features, and benefits to potential tenants
  • respond promptly to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  • prepare and review lease agreements with new residents
  • maintain accurate records of prospective and current residents
  • follow up with leads and nurture relationships with potential tenants
  • coordinate move-ins and move-outs including inspections and key exchanges
  • address resident concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • assist with property marketing efforts including creating listings and promotional materials
  • stay updated on local market trends and competitor activities
  • perform other duties as assigned
