The role being offered is a Property Management Leasing position, focused on day-to-day community operations, leasing processes, and resident relations. This role requires a proactive individual who can successfully represent the community through comprehensive marketing strategies, engaging tours, and exceptional customer service. The goal of the position is to enhance resident satisfaction, promote retention, attract new tenants, and contribute to the overall success of the managed communities.

The Property Management Leasing professional will be responsible for executing all leasing documentation and tasks required to operate their assigned community. This includes managing lease agreements, renewals, application processing, credit and background screening, and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing laws. A significant aspect of the job involves conducting informative tours that showcase the community’s key features and benefits, as well as maintaining consistent communication with prospective residents until leasing agreements are finalized.

Furthermore, this role requires active participation in marketing and community engagement efforts, such as neighborhood and employer outreach, digital marketing, social media management, reputation building, organizing resident events, and fostering a sense of community. The candidate must be well-versed in property management trends and local market conditions to regularly assess competitors' offerings and inform strategic decisions.

This is a role well suited for individuals with prior experience in property management leasing, sales, or customer service fields who are motivated by sales goals and possess exceptional communication skills. The position may involve working weekends and holidays as necessary to meet business needs. Reliable transportation and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools are required to successfully perform the duties. Job Duties

  • Complete the day-to-day transactions related to the operation of your assigned community
  • execute all aspects of the leasing process
  • assist with resident relations in accordance with company policies and Fair Housing Laws
  • conduct community and apartment tours to promote new leases
  • develop and execute marketing strategies including neighborhood and employer outreach, social media, digital marketing, online reputation building, resident event coordination, and community engagement initiatives
  • maintain organized resident files and process applications, credit screenings, and criminal background checks
  • prepare lease agreements and renewals
  • consistently follow up with prospective residents to finalize leasing decisions
  • provide outstanding customer service to residents, prospects, vendors, and community members
  • promote resident satisfaction and retention by ensuring prompt maintenance request completion and quick response to concerns
  • familiarize yourself with industry trends through market surveys of local competitor rental rates, concessions, and specials
