This full-time position offers an hourly wage ranging from $19.54 to $29.32, rewarding dedicated professionals who excel in customer service, marketing, and sales within the multifamily housing industry. As a Leasing Consultant, the individual will be responsible for responding promptly to inquiries from prospective tenants, effectively marketing available apartment units, facilitating leasing processes, and ensuring compliance with all company standards and Fair Housing guidelines.

This position requires a dynamic, customer-focused individual who not only understands the importance of building positive tenant relationships but also embraces the broader operational goals of the community. The Leasing Consultant will play a critical role in daily property management activities, including administrative, financial, and marketing responsibilities, under the guidance of the Community Manager. In addition to processing lease applications and preparing contracts, this role includes conducting tours of available units and amenities, ensuring move-in readiness through thorough inspections, and maintaining detailed records using property management software.
