Job Description
RAM Partners, LLC is a prominent full-service real estate management company that expertly manages over 80,000 apartments across the United States. Specializing in multi-family community management, RAM Partners offers its services to a wide range of third-party property owners. The company prides itself on being a service-oriented and hands-on organization, emphasizing the importance of its people as the cornerstone of its operations. With a deep commitment to quality management and community engagement, RAM Partners maintains a strong reputation within the real estate industry for delivering exceptional residential experiences.
Classic City Flats, a community managed by RAM Partners, is currently seeking a Leasing Consultant to join its team. This role is ideal for individuals who possess outstanding customer service skills and enjoy connecting with potential residents to understand their needs and preferences. The Leasing Consultant will play a crucial part in securing lease agreements by effectively communicating the unique features and benefits of the community and distinguishing it from competitors. The position offers competitive compensation ranging from $18 to $19 per hour, complemented by performance-based bonuses outlined by the property's commission structure.
This full-time role involves engaging with prospective residents from their initial interest through the leasing process while serving as a resource and support for current residents. Candidates considering this opportunity can expect a supportive work environment that values career growth and offers a comprehensive benefits package. Benefits include 15 days of paid time off annually (prorated based on start date), nine paid holidays plus one floating holiday, medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with employer match, company-paid life insurance, and company-paid short- and long-term disability insurance after one year of service.
The Leasing Consultant will also be responsible for maintaining administrative accuracy and coordinating community activities that foster resident engagement and satisfaction. This role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively while meeting deadlines. The position is well-suited for individuals who are personable, organized, and motivated to contribute to a vibrant and welcoming apartment community.
RAM Partners is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace. The company encourages applications from candidates of all backgrounds and is dedicated to providing reasonable accommodations during the hiring process. RAM Partners maintains a drug-free workplace, ensuring a safe and professional environment for all employees.
