The Leasing Consultant at KETTLER plays a critical role within the residential property management team. Reporting to the Community Manager, this full-time position revolves around maximizing property occupancy through effective leasing strategies and community outreach. The Leasing Consultant is the face of the community for prospective and current residents alike, responsible for generating qualified leasing traffic by networking within the local community, scheduling tours and appointments, and securing lease agreements. A significant aspect of the role involves promoting resident retention by offering exceptional customer service and effectively addressing resident concerns. The Leasing Consultant also employs various marketing techniques, including outreach initiatives and social media engagement to connect with and attract potential renters. The position requires a high-touch approach to customer relationships, ensuring all prospects receive prompt and thorough follow-up. Additionally, the Leasing Consultant supports administrative efforts such as processing applications, qualifying residents, assisting the Community Manager with office duties, and maintaining accurate records. Job Requirements
- High school diploma GED or equivalent
- at least 1 year of customer service sales or office experience preferably in residential property management
- ability to work on weekends and holidays
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- excellent communication skills
- familiarity with social media platforms
Job Qualifications

- computer proficiency and knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
- excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact with residents and customers in a professional manner

Job Duties
- Greeting prospective residents and providing them with property tours
- performing proper outreach marketing
- help create engaging social media initiatives to connect residents and manage posts
- daily follow up on all prospects to make sure all questions are answered and a high touch approach adhered to
- assisting with resident retention
- support efforts to partner with nearby businesses events and other local organizations
- walking the marketing path daily
- providing excellent customer service to residents and prospects
- processing lease applications and qualifying residents
- supporting the community manager with general office maintenance by answering phones and performing other administrative tasks
- play a key role in resolving resident concerns and issues
- other duties as assigned
