As an Equal Opportunity Employer, the company values diversity and inclusion, actively encouraging qualified candidates from various backgrounds to apply and thrive in a supportive work environment. The company's professional approach fosters career growth opportunities and a collaborative team dynamic that supports each member's success and development.

The Leasing Consultant role at River View Residential is a pivotal position within the property management team, focusing on leasing apartments and delivering outstanding customer service to both prospective and current residents. Beyond leasing responsibilities, this role provides essential support in resident relations and customer service. The Leasing Consultant addresses resident inquiries, concerns, and service requests promptly and professionally. They assist in move-in and move-out inspections and documentation, enforce community policies equitably, and actively participate in organizing resident events and community-building activities. Administrative duties are also a crucial part of the role, including updating resident data in property management software systems like Yardi, RealPage, or OneSite, collecting rents and fees following company procedures, and preparing various leasing and occupancy reports. The Leasing Consultant works closely with the Property Manager, assisting with daily office operations and ensuring the confidentiality of resident and company information. This comprehensive role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about property management, customer service, and community engagement, backed by a competitive salary and a robust benefits package.
