At its core, RAM Partners prioritizes its people as its strongest asset, deploying a hands-on approach to nurture thriving residential communities. With a reputation built upon integrity and exceptional customer service, RAM Partners offers a dynamic and supportive work environment that encourages professional growth and career development.

The company is currently seeking a Leasing Consultant who thrives in a customer-facing role, leveraging their strong interpersonal skills to connect with prospective residents. This role is integral to the success of the community, acting as the bridge between the property and its future residents. The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for engaging potential residents, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the leasing process to ensure they feel at home. This position offers competitive hourly compensation of $19 alongside opportunities for bonuses as per the property’s commission structure, reflecting RAM Partners’ commitment to reward performance.

Within this role, the Leasing Consultant will find a rewarding career path enriched with a comprehensive benefits package and ample opportunities for personal and professional development. Employees enjoy 15 days of paid time off annually, alongside 9 paid holidays and one floating holiday each year, supporting a healthy work-life balance. The company also provides robust medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, ensuring the well-being of its workforce. Retirement planning is encouraged through a 401(k) plan with employer matching, supplemented by company-paid life insurance and disability coverage after one year of service. This extensive benefits package underscores RAM Partners’ dedication to fostering a motivated and secure workforce.

Beyond the tangible benefits, the Leasing Consultant role at RAM Partners offers a vibrant community experience. The consultant will be entrusted with tasks that go beyond traditional leasing responsibilities, including organizing resident activities to cultivate a sense of community and belonging, providing an engaging and supportive environment for residents. The position demands effective communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines—all essential traits for ensuring smooth operations and a high standard of resident satisfaction. Furthermore, the role requires flexibility, including availability to work on Saturdays, reflecting the company’s commitment to resident-centric service.

Joining RAM Partners means becoming part of a forward-thinking organization that celebrates diversity and fosters inclusive workspaces. The company maintains a drug-free workplace and is committed to equal opportunity employment, supporting applicants from all backgrounds.
