Currently, Edward Rose & Sons is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Leasing Consultant to join its on-site community team. This full-time role is integral in supporting a positive resident experience by facilitating the leasing process and acting as the primary point of contact for prospective renters. The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for presenting community information, processing applications, preparing lease agreements, and assisting with move-in and move-out coordination. The position requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with current and potential residents.
